بررسی عوامل مرتبط بر محرومیت اجتماعی جوانان شهر تهران

چكيده

هدف از اين پژوهش بررسي ارتباط سرمايه اجتماعي فردي و سلامت مادران داراي كودك زير7 سال مراجعه کننده به مراكز و پايگاه هاي بهداشتي دولتي وابسته به دانشگاه هاي علوم پزشكي شهر تهران مي باشد.

اين پژوهش به صورت مقطعي- مقايسه اي و با روش نمونه گيري خوشه اي چند مرحله اي همراه با لايه بندي و با حجم نمونه187 نفر(80 نفر از پايگاه بهداشتي عبدل آباد در جنوب و 107 نفر از مركز بهداشتي- درماني صبارو در شمال شهر تهران) انجام شد. ابزار هاي مورد استفاده ، فرم كوتاه شده پرسشنامه تطبيق يافته سرمايه اجتماعي (SASCAT) ، و پرسشنامه سلامت SF-36 بود. از ضريب همبستگي جزئي جهت بررسي ارتباط اين دو متغير استفاده شد.

نمونه هاي مركز و پايگاه فوق از لحاظ سرمايه اجتماعي شناختي، سلامت جسمي و سلامت رواني اختلاف معني داري نداشتند (05/0p>)، اما سرمايه اجتماعي ساختاري نمونه هاي مركز صبارو بالاتر بود(027/0p=). بين دو بعد ساختاري و شناختي سرمايه اجتماعي و دو بعد جسمي و رواني سلامت در کل نمونه هاي پژوهش ارتباطي وجود نداشت. در نمونه هاي مرکز بهداشتي- درماني صبارو در شمال نيز ارتباطي  بين متغير هاي مورد مطالعه يافت نشد. در نمونه هاي پايگاه بهداشتي عبدل آباد، همبستگي مستقيم معني داري بين سرمايه اجتماعي شناختي با هر دو بعد سلامت، شامل سلامت جسمي (000/0p=  و45/0r=) و سلامت رواني (001/0p= و37/0  r=)  مشاهده شد. در عوض سرمايه اجتماعي ساختاري همبستگي معکوس  با تنها يکي از دو بعد يعني  بعد سلامت رواني (027/0p=   و و26/0-  r=) داشت.

يافته هاي اين پژوهش  ارتباط معني داري بين سرمايه اجتماعي و سلامت نشان نداد. فرضيه پژوهش مبني بر ارتباط اين دو متغير در کل نمونه هاي پژوهش مورد تاييد قرار نگرفت، اما در نمونه هاي پايگاه بهداشتي عبدل آباد ارتباط سرمايه اجتماعي شناختي و سلامت چشمگير بود.

Relatationship between social capital and health among mothers with children under age of 7 who attended the Health Centres and Sites of medical sciences universities in Tehran

 Abstract:

This study aims to explore relationship between individual measures of social capital and health, among mothers with children under age of 7 who are users of the preventive health services of Health Centres and Sites of medical sciences universities in Tehran.

A cross- sectional design was used. Using multistage cluster sampling, 187 randomly samples (80 from Abdlolabad Health Site in south and 107 from Sabarou Health Centre in north of Tehran were selected. “Shortened Version of Social Capital Assessment Tool” (SASCAT) and “Sf-36” health questionnaire were used in this study. Partial Correlation Coefficient was applied to explore association between social capital and health.

there were no differences between samples of Abdolabad Site and Sabaru Centre in terms of cognitive social capital, and also physical and mental healtlh (p>0/05). Structural social capital was higher in Sabaru centre samples than Abdolabad (p= 0/027). Our findings did not show relationship between social capital and health among the research sample in general. This result is similar for Sabaru Centre sample, but findings of Abdolabad Site were distinctly different:  cognitive social capital had a positive relationship with physical health (r=0/45, p= 0/000) and also mental health (r=0/37, p= 0/001), but structural social capital had negative association with mental health(r=- 0/26, p= 0/027).         

the findings of this study dıd not show a significant relationship between social capital and health. The hypotheses were not verified in general, but in samples of Abdolabad Health Site positive relationship between Cognitive social capital and health were notable.
